FFitness offers you video exercises for the correct use of suspension straps, if you want to tone/strengthen the leg muscles and, in particular, the buttocks , constantly stressing the abdominal band as well.



Remember to:


1. keep your back perfectly straight while performing the exercises;

2. fix a precise point to maintain correct alignment of the vertebrae;

3. slow down the return movements so as not to put sudden stress on the joints and keep the abdominal band continuously contracted.

4. make sure that the equipment is well secured so that it can support the weight of your body.

5. make the session last 30/45 minutes according to your level (these exercises have the aim of increasing muscular resistance, working in blocks allows you to alternate the muscles in action); 6. tighten the straps while performing the exercises: if the balance is precarious, the greater effort will be required.
